Pre Employment Testing Understanding The Rules of Test Most job applicants don't understand the methodology of personality tests. There are no 'right' answers and its key to be honest in your answers!. The test is designed to evaluate how your personality traits meet the requirements of the job. If you try and give the answers you think the employer wants you'll cause problems for yourself for two main reasons.


The tests contain validity scales that are able to detect attempts to fake answers. This will be considered dishonest by the prospective employer. Secondly you are misleading your employer and yourself about your suitability for the job and the chances are you will not be happy or successful in the position. You can't change the results of the tests by preparing for them in advance and you should not attempt to give the 'correct' answer.

To prepare for the skills test, practice doing whatever you'll be doing on the job - typing, drawing up a spreadsheet, editing. A number of skills tests are available online, you can search for and use the appropriate tests for practice. Good Luck

Personality Testing Preparation
This is just my idea, before you attend the employee selection test . The idea was quite successful (test by me) because 88% of games are quite similar to the module psychotest in employee selection.Well... on the sidelines waiting for testing, why not to try first tests on your mobile phone, its not bad for your test improvisation

I recommend the following games to test your psychology improvisation :
The Brain Challenge Game to give your brain a massive boost. Improve your cerebral agility by working.
On brain challenge you will learn and play similar psychology test module such :

• Memory Test : [Hocus Focus] Sometimes the test seem so easy but, be careful, you have to focus to get good result. The test shows you a route and asks you to recreate it. On Personality test ► memory test is to test how strong your memory.
• Logic Test : The games will test your logic test. Logic test challenges you to figure out patterns. Example [click picture 02]
• Math Test : The test its not familiar, study case just basic mathematics, such Addition, Multiplication, subtraction and division, on the game like calculate the route and much more.its only arithmetic problems. Easy right?! :D Example if your starting position is 60 and the calculation is +40, you should next move to the box that says 100
• Visual Test : The test is to process information and complete a related task as fast as possible on work.
• Creativity test : on this section you will play with "color maze". the goal is improve your creativity. on psychology test ►Test your Goal Orientation
