Intelligence to correlate very highly with job performance. Other factors being equal, supporters claim that a more intelligent person is able to perform a given job more efficiently. This is especially true in cognitive loaded professions, although observed correlations are low due to range restriction. Those opposed to the use of these tests note that there are substantial cultural effects on scores, and that many prominent psychologists do not agree that there is a single measure of intelligence.
Do you have any experience in such skills ► ► used in situations where applicants must already possess a body of learned information prior to being hired. Job knowledge tests are particularly useful in situations where applicants are required to have specialized knowledge or technical know-how that can only be acquired through extended periods of either experience or training.
Examples of such fields is financial management. Licensing exams and certification programs are also types of job knowledge tests. Passing such exams indicates competence in the field's subject or area. A major consideration of job knowledge tests is validity. Tests must be representative of the tested field, otherwise complaints in the form of litigation can be brought against the test-giver.
Improvisation ► ► The tests are commonly used as employee selection and screening tools and have been developed to predict employment success. These tests present hypothetical yet realistic scenarios in a multiple choice format, and applicants are asked to indicate what they would do in handling a difficult job-related situation effectively. Responses are scored in accordance to the level of effectiveness, rather than right or wrong. Good Luck!

SOCIAL BEHAVIOR Short Description
Social Behavior
Social behavior is behavior directed towards society, or taking place between, members of the same species. Behavior such as predation which involves members of different species is not social.
While many social behaviors are communication (provoke a response, change in behavior, without acting directly on the receiver) communication between members of different species is not social behavior. The umbrella term behavioral sciences is used to refer to sciences that study behavior in general.
Behavior in sociology means an animal-like activity devoid of social meaning or social context, in contrast to "Social behavior" which has both. In a sociological hierarchy, social behavior is followed by social actions, which is directed at other people and is designed to induce a response. Further along this ascending scale are social interaction and social relation. In conclusion, social behavior is a process of communicating.

With all Personality Disorders, the first step to successful treatment is the recognition that there is a problem with how personality affects one’s life and the lives of others. For most people, increased awareness doesn't lead to a radical personality change but rather a smoothing of the rough edges and a modulation of the most troubling behaviors.
Therapy is often helpful, and necessary, in identifying a personality problem either to make changes or to learn skills to improve functioning. Medication has demonstrated effectiveness in treating secondary diagnosis of depression or anxiety that can be present with a diagnosis of a personality disorder. Good Luck
