Employment Testing Samples - Easy to Understand : First this document just for basic knowledge only, i know you don't really know what you will be face (that's the reason why you types words Employment test samples :)), so i decide to create simple articles about Employment test, so at least you have a little illustration about the test and how to respond it! :) ok check it out.it just small steps to pass the tests ♪ ♪ ♪

KNOW IT
Employment testing is the practice of administering written, oral or other tests as a means of determining the suitability or desirability of a job applicant. The premise is that if scores on a test correlate with job performance, then it is economically useful for the employer to select employees based on scores from that test.

i won't explain much, but you can go with source instead. Type Test :
Personality tests ► ► Know The Pattern, in my country, almost all Employment testing use this test :
Wartegg Test,
Intelligence Test ► ► Addition Multiplication Subtraction, Division Numerial Judgement, Arithmetic Reasoning Series, Neccessary Arithmetic Operations.
Intelligence to correlate very highly with job performance. Other factors being equal, supporters claim that a more intelligent person is able to perform a given job more efficiently. This is especially true in cognitive loaded professions, although observed correlations are low due to range restriction. Those opposed to the use of these tests note that there are substantial cultural effects on scores, and that many prominent psychologists do not agree that there is a single measure of intelligence.

Do you have any experience in such skills ► ► used in situations where applicants must already possess a body of learned information prior to being hired. Job knowledge tests are particularly useful in situations where applicants are required to have specialized knowledge or technical know-how that can only be acquired through extended periods of either experience or training

Examples of such fields is financial management. Licensing exams and certification programs are also types of job knowledge tests. Passing such exams indicates competence in the field's subject or area. A major consideration of job knowledge tests is validity. Tests must be representative of the tested field, otherwise complaints in the form of litigation can be brought against the test-giver.

Improvisation ► ► The tests are commonly used as employee selection and screening tools and have been developed to predict employment success. These tests present hypothetical yet realistic scenarios in a multiple choice format, and applicants are asked to indicate what they would do in handling a difficult job-related situation effectively. Responses are scored in accordance to the level of effectiveness, rather than right or wrong. Good Luck!

SOCIAL BEHAVIOR Short Description

Social Behavior
Social behavior is behavior directed towards society, or taking place between, members of the same species. Behavior such as predation which involves members of different species is not social.

While many social behaviors are communication (provoke a response, change in behavior, without acting directly on the receiver) communication between members of different species is not social behavior. The umbrella term behavioral sciences is used to refer to sciences that study behavior in general.

Behavior in sociology means an animal-like activity devoid of social meaning or social context, in contrast to "Social behavior" which has both. In a sociological hierarchy, social behavior is followed by social actions, which is directed at other people and is designed to induce a response. Further along this ascending scale are social interaction and social relation. In conclusion, social behavior is a process of communicating.

    Personality Disorder Treatment (Histrionic)

    Personality Disorder Treatment
According to the diagnostic manual, someone has Histrionic Personality Disorder if :
They have a pattern of seeking attention and displaying their emotions excessively. The pattern is expressed by having at least five of the following maladaptive traits:
    • Feeling uncomfortable when in situations in which s/he is not the center of attention.
    • Acting in a sexually seductive or provocative way that is inappropriate to the situation
    • Demonstrating emotions which appear to others to be rapidly shifting, shallow, and superficial.
    • Using one’s physical appearance to draw attention to oneself.
    • Talking in an excessively impressionistic way that lacks specific detail.
    • Having a tendency to be overly dramatic and theatrical when expressing oneself or telling a story.
    • Being overly suggestible and easily influenced by others opinions.
    • Viewing relationships as more intimate than they really are.
People with this disorder tend to be enthusiastic, outgoing, and flirtatious, but nonetheless often alienate others because they always need to dominate the spotlight and be the center of attention. They make efforts to win everyone over with charming repartee, a confiding manner, elaborate storytelling, subtle or not so subtle seductiveness, and special attention to clothing, makeup and grooming.

    Treatment
With all Personality Disorders, the first step to successful treatment is the recognition that there is a problem with how personality affects one’s life and the lives of others. For most people, increased awareness doesn't lead to a radical personality change but rather a smoothing of the rough edges and a modulation of the most troubling behaviors.

Therapy is often helpful, and necessary, in identifying a personality problem either to make changes or to learn skills to improve functioning. Medication has demonstrated effectiveness in treating secondary diagnosis of depression or anxiety that can be present with a diagnosis of a personality disorder. Good Luck
